Still Waters Condominium Resort offers everything you would expect from a 1st class resort. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy, HRN, Inc. Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If Cancellation occurs within the Cancellation Policy period, a one-night Charge will be assessed. *Cancellations received 72 hours or more (14 days June 6-August 16) prior to Arrival date will be refunded the deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival (14 days for June 6-August 16)will be charged $25 fee plus 1 nights stay including tax. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. **Thanksgiving Cancellation Policy: November 27-29,2003 is 7 days Prior to arrival. Property Cancellation Policy: 14 DAYS*.
